Career Information Day

As the largest Career event at the University of Toronto, Career Information Days allows both employers and students the opportunity to network in a mutually beneficial forum. In 2011, over 3,500 students from Arts and Science, Commerce/Business, Information Technology and Engineering and over 100 organizations attended.

Career Information Days is a partnership between the University of Toronto Career Centre, AIESEC - Toronto and The Engineering Career Centre.

This event is a great opportunity for you to:

  • Speak directly with a diverse group of students or target a specific group
  • Enhance your campus presence and showcase your organization
  • Provide industry and career information to students
  • Get an edge on the competition

Career Information Days is unique as each day is targeted to specific disciplines. This structure facilitates the efficient interaction between organizations, students and recent graduates. Following is a breakdown of the programs represented under each discipline.

Business/Commerce

Fee

The cost to participate at Career Information Days is $450.00 per day + Tax.

    This includes:
  • One 6' X 8' space (max. four representatives)
  • 2 desks for a tabletop display
  • 4 chairs
  • Electrical supply
  • Promotion on all three campuses
  • Breakfast, lunch and refreshments (max. four representatives)

Please note that we do not provide backdrops, dividers or table coverings. The payment can be only done by VISA, MasterCard and American Express.


Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration in order to secure your space. The last day to cancel your registration with a full refund is Friday, August 17th, 2012. No refunds will be considered after that date. Thank you.


Eligibility

Due to space restrictions, participation in Career Information Days is limited to organizations that hire students directly. We regret that Third-party recruiters cannot be accommodated. Exhibitors will not be registered based on a first come, first serve basis, but will be subject to criteria set out by U of T students. Limited space is available to exhibitors, therefore we can only accommodate four representatives per organization.
